During my 38 years of professional life, I have assumed various roles from audit clerk, court officer, barrister-at-law, mobile company CEO to company lawyer. I had the opportunity of being legal adviser to and board member of blue chip companies which provided me an insight into the running of major businesses. As CEO of MADACOM S.A. (now Airtel Madagascar S.A.), I helmed the company into a USD 100m successful business whilst at the same time leading a team of negotiators to acquire a fixed line business, bidding on a number of mobile licences, and eventually selling the company to Zain. A seasoned team leader, experienced lawyer, good negotiator and motivated finisher, I remain an avid learner.
